What's New in Version 1.3.7
- Built-in FTP server for uploading and downloading samples, kits and projects.
I just paid $19.99 a little while ago for version 1 and not they want another 19.95 for an upgrade. Not good. Apple is making Garage Band available this Friday that has more instruments, 8 tract sequencer and much user friendly all for 4.99! Don't purchase version 2 people! Give Garage Band a try!
This app originally cost $20, and it hasn't received any updates in a year -- in fact, it hasn't received hardly any at all since its release (they've not even bothered to make it retina display compliant). Instead, the a$$holes at Intua finally come out with an update (2.0) in the form of a completely new/separate app (Beatmaker 2) and are charging another $20.
These jerks don't support their apps, nor do they care about their long-term customers.
Buyer beware, if they did it once, they will do it again. Don't buy this app, and don't buy Beatmaker 2. The next update will likely be in the form of another new/separate app -- I.e., "Beatmaker 3." And, it will likely cost another $20.
The amount of people complaining about 20 bucks for BM2 appalls me. If youre complaining about that price, you basically have no comphrehension of the amount of versatile, musical software you are getting.
I want you to find something that is even remotely that cheap that offers that much versatility and capability in one package.
Anyone that creates music professionally will tell you that you are a fool. And if they dont.
Man o man are they some cheapskates.
seriously, wake up and realize how ignorant it is to complain about paying 20 dollars "more"
Think about it, youre saying that because Intua isnt giving it free that you wont pay? So youre seriously going to deny yourself useful and quality software over some nonexistent relationship and loyalty you feel was abused?
Wake up. This isnt elementary school. Adapt or miss out. Thats all im saying.
