Best Gin Rummy is based on a popular two-player card game, adapted into the touch-screen era through aesthetic game layouts, animations, graphics and sound effects. This game includes single-player and multiplayer games.
In single-player games, a human player can play against a computer opponent. There are three levels of computer opponents to choose from: Rookie, Skilled and Expert. Rookie is the default opponent, tap on "Options > Settings" to choose a new opponent. The opponent players are crafted using sophisticated Artificial Intelligence (AI). Simply, it plays like a human opponent!
In multiplayer or online games, a human player can play against a human opponent. This game provides options to choose a random human opponent or invite Game Center friends.
The objective of the game is to form a hand by combining cards into groups or runs and reduce the point value of the remaining unmatched cards to 10 or less.
Contains 5 game variants: Gin Rummy, Gin 200, Oklahoma Gin, Straight Gin and Hollywood Gin.

Good but with issues
Update 6/3/16. Lost a star. The ad banner at the bottom of the screen is entirely obnoxious. Consequence of obtrusive ads is uninstalled app.
Overall game works. I dislike the auto melding of cards but the app is extremely clunky in how it permits player manually sorting cards.
I'm also running into issues where the app isn't seeing I have several cards in a run. 2, 3, 3, 4, 5, 6 and then pick 7 of the same suit. The auto meld will not bring the 7 into the grouping nor will it let me. There are been several times this has cost me the hand.
Don't trust the randomization.
I played the app for 4-5 games. Despite winning, I found that the opponent tended to always throw down the same card I did. Example was that I had 2 jacks and threw 1 out and the opponent threw a jack. Then I threw the other out and the opponent threw another Jack. In reality if the opponent was holding 2 jacks, why did it not pick up a third when I threw mine? Also didn't like it throwing out cards that I accidentally touched. Would be better to swipe them out of my hand.
Classic game
I used to play this game with my grandpa when I was a child. It was many years ago, but when I came across this app, it brought back many fond memories. This app has a very detailed guide that teaches the basics of the game and I like how it has three different skill levels so anyone can play.
