A solid well-polished puzzle game

After finishing all the puzzles in Blocked, Geared, Fleck and Fling, I was looking for a new challenge. I hadn't played with a tilt maze in a long time, so I decided to try it out. I'm very glad I did. The puzzles are challenging and interesting without feeling impossible. There is also enough variety in they types of puzzles, that each one feels like a completely new challenge with something new to figure out. The sounds and graphics give the feel of picking up a physical toy to play with and made me forget that I was playing with my iPhone. All in all, if you like puzzles, you should give this a try. Notes to the Developer: First, the Pacman and Spaced Invader homages on levels 14 and 15 amused me. Second, are you going to do a sequel?

Addictively Simple

Launch the app, and before you know it, you're tossed into the Blockhouse. Tilt your iPhone (or turn off tilt mode and swipe the screen) to move some blocks around the screen, trying to get them into a slot. It starts simple and easy. Then the blocks get made into more interesting shapes and the layouts get more roadblocks. Before you know it, your quick "just a few minutes" of gameplay has engrossed you... "just one more level!" you cry. And even when you get stuck, you know you're never really, actually stuck unlike other puzzle games. It'll just take a few more minutes of your time, and a little brainpower... That's Blockhouse. Simple, engaging, addictive. Everything you need in an iPhone game.

Great Value, Excellent Puzzle Game

I downloaded Blockhouse at the reccomendation of a friend, and I was not disappointed. It has a very polished, simple, and easy to use UI (and allowing to enable/disable tilt-mode is a huge plus!), and the puzzles are interesting and plentiful! No loading screens or annoying cinematic intros to deal with -- opening the app drops you straight into a puzzle. 100% of the time this app is open, you're actually playing. I definitely pass along the reccomendation to anyone who enjoys puzzles and has a minute or two to spare at random intervals during the day.
