CA Locator is the one-stop mobile directory that provides location and contact details for the California government service centers and offices. With CALocator, find a service center near your location, access a map, directions and contact information including phone number and email right from your iPhone or iPod Touch.
The CA Locator provides easy, one-stop access to the government services; regardless which government agency or department provides the service. The CA Locator currently provides thousands of locations for services including California Employment Development Department’s One Stop Career Centers, Department of motor Vehicles’ field offices, Public Libraries, State Parks, Roadside Rest Areas, Voter information etc. The data available in CA Locator is provided by state government staff and maintained in a web-based database repository, ensuring that the information is current and accurate as much as possible.

This app is great! You can easily locate libraries wherever you are. You can also look up voting locations, which will be really useful in the upcoming California elections. I contacted SymSoft, the company that makes the app, and they said version 2 is coming out soon with some more useful stuff, like State Parks and rest area locations on highways. I can't wait! This is such a great service for iPhone users in California.
The first thing I did was look for rest stops. There were none, so it told me to "serach" again, and a comma was used in place of a period. The map label for "Satelite" should have two L's. For the money the State paid SymSoft to write this app, one would expect proper spelling and grammar.
Especially the state parks and map links. Easy to use and good information. Never crashed.
