Only app I use daily

I have stopped using the native calendar app because I prefer the interface and look of Calendars 5. What I need is a single place to keep track of my schedule for the day, as well as any tasks I need to complete that day. Calendars 5 allows me to do that so seamlessly that I love it. I can, in a glance, see what needs to be done by the end of the day and what needs to be done at a certain time. The app is pretty intuitive--I didn't have a big learning curve with figuring out its features, and it syncs beautifully with the native calendar (and reminders) and with any other devices using Calendars 5 under your account. I have the app on my iPhone and iPad, and as soon as I create an entry or cross of an item from one device, it is updated on the other. I continue to be impressed by the app and recommend it to anyone searching for a solid calendar/task manager.

Best Calendar App I've used.

I tried 3 different calendar apps before this one. This is my favorite for the simple reason that it always works without any glitches. Add something on this app in iPad or iPhone and it shows up on my iMac almost simultaneously.
Add something on my iMac and before I check, it's on my iPad and iPhone. I turned off the artificial intelligence aspect not because it didn't work, but because I like to start all entries with the exact time needed, e.g. "11:30 Dentist Appointment." When I typed in the time, the app would remove the written time for the appoint and simply put the activity at 11:30 on the Calendar with the simple notation "Dentist Appointment." I wanted to be able to look at the "Month" and tell what times were taken for each day without having to go to the day to find the time.

So far so good

I'm a busy wife mother full-time grad student and I am very project-oriented. Needless to say, I rely HEAVILY on calendars and to do lists. Perhaps too heavily. I've only used this app for about two weeks so I'm still getting used to it. I think I'll love it once I have better grip on using it. I was on google calendars for years so I'm used to that interface. What I LOVE and required was that this app let me sync my google calendar which was full and well established, with this calendar. It also synced all my Reminder lists from the iPhone app. I wish I could sync more than one google account to the app because I had calendars associated with 3 separate gmail accounts but it appears that's not an option. Otherwise, I've had no probs using and it fits well with my day to day life.
