Calm saves your meditation and sleep sessions to your Apple Health app.
Subscription pricing and terms:
Calm offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $12.99/month and an auto-renewing yearly subscription at $69.99/year to provide you with unlimited access to the Calm Collection while you maintain an active subscription. Calm also offers a Lifetime subscription for $299.99 which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment with unlimited access to the Calm Collection forever.
Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Learn meditation practices to stave off stress and stay calm.
Calm has evolved in many ways that are clear to me having used the app from the start. The basic straight ahead mindfulness meditations are the real strength and hopefully that base will remain. Tamara Levitt is effective and engaging. I have some issues on occasion with the writing when it goes into personal stories straying from the meditation center. When people are quoted within a Daily Meditation “as so and do says” I think it would be good to identify in a word or two the orientation, who they are, as a point of reference. As it is done now it sounds like we should know who they. Also quotes from actors are odd. Sort of a “wait, what?” too trendy moment. If they ever quote Gwyneth Paltrow that would be unforgivable and the app should be deleted. I like the meditations listed as Other Teachers which are still there in the writing, delivery and content of another voice, mostly one person except for one I believe. The value is also in the heart of meditation focus. Calm has expanded the program overall and while I don’t use the Sleep Stories and other features, they are probably excellent and a good feature. The stories are spoken by a diverse group who seen appealing.
Calm is good. Get it. Use basic meditations to rebalance in a crazy world. Explore the rest of you have time. I forget the original sounds composers name but his work was excellent. Hopefully still there. Get the app. They should give me a discount! Neil

Need help with a guided meditation to help clear and calm your mind? I use CALM daily in my mindful journey. I’ve developed techniques that help me combat a busy and destructive mind and I continuing to learn how to balance my thoughts. I’m learning how to harness my own energy to create a balance and flow. Meditation isn’t about shutting down the mind or silencing thoughts. Meditation isn’t even about saying “I can’t do it because I can’t sit still and I’m always thinking of something”. Our minds are naturally busy so are the thoughts that come in and out. Meditation helps me to non judgmentally acknowledge those thoughts then release them so they are not the forefront of my existence. We can’t properly unpack each thought to deal with them accordingly with clarity and focus if our entire system is overloaded. My quest for peace, balance, clarity, focus and being present continues, and CALM is part of that journey. 🧘🏾♀️ 🕉 to enhance your experience, you can customize sounds that will help you create the right ambience. This feature is important to me because I am in a busy city so you can hear everything all the time. Also, their free services offer a vast variety of techniques so don’t be discouraged by the price. There are plenty of great free option in the app.
