Great User Design and Functionality

It's infrequent that you find apps as well designed and functionally capable as this app. In addition, I haven't found any bugs. Most importantly, it's almost like having a personal nutritionist who gives you feedback on each meal and provides daily guidance on how you can reach your weight target in a healthy methodical approach. The daily analysis and time series graphs are informative and easy to use. I'm delighted with this app and have recommended family, friends and even my own doctor to take a look at this. I give a strong "A+" to the development team.... Really nice job. Thank you. I'm down 41 pounds in 180 days (225 to 184) and lost 5" in my waist line (41" to 36") ... feeling great! (At 5'8", that's a reduction in BMI from 33.2 to 27.8 so far.) 'Still have a small way to go to my goal of 175 pounds but am confident that I can achieve it with this App's help. It has helped me to now instinctively be judicious about "what" I eat on a daily basis.

After not listening to my wife's food recommendations for 3 decades, I now have an app that tells me she was right all along... But I'll never let her know that. :)

Amazingly effective--easy to use, too!

I've been using this app for a month now and am very happy with it. It has great functionality for anyone trying to lose weight & get healthy. But it's not just the features--the performance and usability are top notch. I couldn't be happier. (Unless, of course, it could suddenly make me 19 and a perfect size 2 AND gorgeous AND rich--😉😉😉). If you want to lose some weight & get healthy, this is the app to get!
UPDATE: After 6 months of using this app, I've reached my goal. Very pleased with this app's features, performance, and reliability. However, it is now incredibly useful to help me maintain my weight loss. Best investment I made in the last 6 months!
UPDATE: I've reduced the number of stars because I've noticed a reduction in quality in the last 6 months. I've reported the issues, but they seem to persist. For example, the weigh-in functionality and the charting is buggy. Starting to look for a new solution 😞. Sad about this because this was a really good app.

The App Gets Better and Better

I've been using this app for about 3 weeks tracking my food, beverages, water and daily steps each day. The more I use it, the better it gets. Keeping me on track to reach my weight loss goals. I've also learned a lot about nutrition so I am choosing more wisely. The only thing I wish they provided was a weight chart and showing each time you entered your weight. They do give you a graph but no chart.

I had great success with this app losing about 50 pounds last year. Then I stopped and was soon back to my bad habits. After regaining 25 of those lost 50 pounds, I realized I needed to get back to using this app or I would be back where I started from. It is amazing how much more control I have over my food choices and portion sizes when I use this app every day. The app is easy and quick and gives me all the information I need to stay on track. I have the PRO version and it is well worth the money. I highly recommend it. Still looking for that weight chart.
