CastleVille STILL STUCK IN THE STONE AGE!

In all honesty I love this game. It's fun building a kingdom of your own and meeting such wonderful people around the world. I feel it shows virtually as a single society we can help each other! However this is only a virtual world. Now onto my stuck in the Stone Age Rage… I absolutely have to agree with another reviewer's complaints against having to be stuck to your device in this game all day long in order to get anywhere. The returns on most harvest items are completely ridiculous it took me almost 2 days just to get three dried blueberries from the blueberry patch as an example. Not to mention I'm lucky if I can go one and a half minutes trying to harvest anything on my game without it shutting down immediately on me. I enjoy the many quests. they are actually really fun but they're almost absolutely impossible to complete without making a real monetary purchase or staying glued to your device all day long. Unfortunately I'm not that kind of game or I have a life I have a child to raise and a job to go to. It would be nice if you could fix the bugs or make it just a tad easier for anybody to complete any of their quest. As for stars I would love to give Castleville five stars however with my frustrations that continue even though I love the game I'm going to have to give it 2 1/2 or two because half of been allowed as a rating.

Pretty to look at, but expensive.

I use to play this every day, then life caught up and I had to do other things, when I came back, there was a ton of new stuff, but the biggest problem was storage and selling. I need money, but I can't make money because storage is so small, that I'm things I need, in order to make room for the 10 carrot soups and etc. to feed to the nice troll, so I can get silver wire, so that I can continue with the quest of making silver gloves, so I can then make enough money to MAYBE open another realm. And deleting things out of storage gives me nothing… at least pay me one freaking coin, for deleting items! Because the caravan what complex items that I have no room in storage to collect the items to make.

Granted I could just buy the crowns, but if my game resets and I don't get back what I paid for… what's the point in paying a company to not give me what I paid for. I think it would be a better disclaimer if they put, you are renting these items for as long as the game doesn't crash. At least the game would be honest.

If you already playing, enjoy! If you haven't started, don't! Until they make the game so you can enjoy it without spending real money every day.

Fun and tedious

I do like the game- graphics are good, lots of variety with quests, materials, things to make, collect and sell. Nice to join an alliance and chat with other players and help each other out.

But, and this is a BIG drawback, some of the quests and activities require ridiculously large quantities of materials. Either this forces you to perform the same actions repeatedly until you are bored to death, or you have to attempt to find them by searching for randomly dropped or awarded crops or prizes, until you get so frustrated you want to give up. I admit I rarely even try to fulfill Liang's requests because they are so unreasonably huge and difficult. My alliance friends complain about Liang's all the time.

I wish Zynga would stop making quests so repetitive and frustrating, but the overall gameplay is fun. Just pick and choose what you do and don't feel compelled to do ever quest that comes up. Look them over and just ignore the ones that will make you crazy!
