Big Issues with UI
When I first installed the latest version, everything worked fine. Interface is beautiful and easy to use. The next time I used it, my contacts list did not show any text or pictures. Some of the frames around the contacts appeared but there was no way for me to tell which item in the list was which contact. However I was still able to do a search for a contact, select the contact and then chat with them.
The next time I tried to use the client, all the text in my chat came through as ?'s surrounded by a small box. Completely useless.
Restarting my phone did not fix the problem. If I reinstall the client, this cycle happens again. I'm stuck.
Look and feel is excellent
Nice work Cisco. This version seems to have everything we have been asking for. New collaboration edge support for expressway makes it work seemlessly between the office and anywhere else I choose go to. Very happy with this version.
One word. Excellent!
I could have given 10 stars! Amazing redesign & great functionality!!
