Don't u hate forced updates? I do! This is why: Never signs me in just a status wheel turning-turning-turning...
If I do get singed in 1 out if 15 (!) times, the app is so slow that I just give up. I tap on an account detail and wait for response for 7-9 seconds, then think it didn't register, so I tap again and it registers both taps in a delayed manner. So it opens and immediately closes the detail. If I could give it 0 stars or less, I would!
Horrible implementation, buggy
Citi: "You spoke. We acted".
Really? Your UI is still clumsy at best. Many have asked. Have you listened? Stop working on features until you can put a usable UI together.
Anyone else find it ridiculous that a multi-billion dollar international finance company can't properly develop a simple iPhone app?
App is buggy, cluttered, poorly laid out, difficult to use and read. Functionality does not make up for it. And with the recent update it is slow, buggy, clunky, and even more difficult to use. e.g. the search feature to review my last statement before paying my bill doesn't work. I cannot view items from my most recent statement. The filter function to view transactions for a particular statement has no effect.
Without pending payments this app is useless. I have to go to the website to get accurate information. I know it's possible to have pending payments available through the app because my bank FINALLY came around and did it and now their app is actually functional. Would love it if you made yours functional as well. Otherwise it's pointless and I would much rather use an app than the website.
