Being colorblind my self I was attempting to build this app for my own use. This works great. I tested it with my friends who have color vision and this is spot on. Well done. I plan to tout this app on my MySpace, Facebook and Twitter accounts. This app solves my biggest problem, clothes shopping!!
I commend you on this most useful of iPhone applications. *standing applause*

Great App

I was surprised how well this app works... Being color blind, this app is particularly helpful when shopping for clothes. It work great and is very easy and relatively quick to use; once you have the picture of the article for which you want to identify the color

Immediately useful

Just what I was looking for (and considering writing for myself). The only improvements that come to mind are to use a magnifying-glass style cursor when selecting the patch to analyze, and to allow the cursor to move in real time. As it is, patch selection is a blind stab.
