Description
*** Please note that Colordrop does not support Wide Color images at this time. ***
Colordrop is the best way to learn about the colors around you. Extract colors from your photos to get detailed information like tints, shades and complementary colors.
"If you work with color, this is definitely worth checking out." – Dave Mark, The Loop
Colordrop is available on Apple Watch too, allowing you to explore your saved colors right on your wrist.
EXTRACT
Easily extract colors from photos and images in your Photo Library, taken using your device's camera, or from Adobe Creative Cloud. Use the Color Loupe to quickly preview colors before you extract them. If you can't find the color you want, you can add it manually by typing a color code.
You can also extract colors using the Colordrop extension, available in apps that can share photos.
INSPECT
Get an overview of your saved colors with the Extracted Colors list. Then, tap to dive in and learn more about a specific color. View tints, shades, RGB composition, alternative color spaces, triadic and tetradic colors, and more. Plus, you can view all of your extracted colors on your wrist with Colordrop on Apple Watch.
SHARE
Export color information to a PDF so you can print, or, share details via AirDrop, email and more. You can also copy codes easily.

Customer Reviews
Very useful app, great developers!
I've used this app to extract the gorgeous tones from photos taken in lovely Kauai'i so I can enjoy them elsewhere.
I had one minor issue with images being imported upside down, and when I notified the developer, they responded within a minute. Excellent customer engagement!
Artist's helper
This is an incredible tool for me when doing a painting to see what the colors actually are in the photo I am painting from. Amazing! Thank you!
Very useful
Initially I thought this app was overriding app switcher, but once I opened it fully and opened other apps beforehand, it worked as expected.
