Great game, poor touch controls

I really like playing this game with a bluetooth controller. I love the music, and how the gameplay proceeds in time with the music. The difficulty is high but the practice mode for each level alleviates that, making it possible to learn each level in a forgiving mode before trying it in normal mode.

The only complaint I have is that it's hard to play with the touch controls, at least on an iPad, because it's too hard to reach the shoot button. If I didn't have a controller I wouldn't enjoy this game nearly as much. Please find some way to rearrange the controls so a user can easily switch between the right/left controls and the shoot button by just moving their thumbs, and you'll have a great game on your hands.

Great music, so-so concept and poor execution

Being a DnB fan, this game popping up on the App Store's Best New Games caught my eye. Without hesitation, I paid three bucks, and I can say that the music alone is worth the money. But developers, do you really expect a game of this difficulty to be enjoyable? As I played, I felt increasingly frustrated that one error is very hard to come back from, and often breaks your nice DnB trance. If the aim was to put emphasis on music, you need to try again.

On a side note, the intro was very well crafted, would watch again and again. 10/10.

But then again, you have really unneeded graphic effects that just add to the difficulty, like the swirl of black every time you reach a new zone, and the random black waves swirling in from the sky. I feel like that was almost a troll decision. It ruins your concentration and adds nothing to the music.
Effects 4/10.

Replayability for this is not very high due to the fact that it is fast paced and does not give you very many learning chances .
Level control 6/10.

Overall I feel like this could be a 10/10-would-bang if more emphasis was put on the dnb itself.

Good game, great music

This is a simple but well made game, with nice psychedelic visuals, and an awesome drum and bass soundtrack driving the rhythmic gameplay. It can be played in portrait or landscape mode, and I feel portrait works best for the given control scheme (on an iPad mini retina). I was hooked the minute the beat kicked in during the first track, "ping bounce" - for me the music is what really makes this game, and keeps me playing. If you like electronic music, and twitch and rhythm type games, you should check this out; its a solid blend of all three.
