Countdown widget 4+

This is a great widget for the desktop that helps bridge the gap between events coming up in the current week and those further out.

Getting a one-time reminder a week before Mother's Day or a birthday when you're in the middle of something else is easy to dismiss and forget. Seeing it continually on my screen counting down is a constant reminder and ensures I don't wait till the last minute.

Suggestion for Developer: Add a global lock toggle at the top of Preferences for all the countdowns at once. Also some kind of grid snapping system would be really nice for those of us who are neurotic about things lining up! Great Work!

It’s not the most aesthetically appealing, but the app does its job just fine.

I’m finishing up my PhD and I wanted to see some countdowns of deadlines and due dates (e.g. finishing chapters on my dissertation chapters) directly on my desktop. I was particularly interested in this app because I wanted a countdown of days and not with hours and seconds. This app is clean and bold. I like that you can change the colors of each block with a picture as well. Overall, it’s perfect.
