What's New in Version 1.1
Fixed an important bug involving deleting items in a sorted list. Added ability to sort todo items alphabetically. Also when opening app for the first time, a reminder that all lists and items can be deleted via a right finger swipe.
No way to contact the developer
I gave this app 1 star because there is no way to contact the developer. In iTunes when you select the Dobot ToDos app they list a web site link and a support link, both of which simply take you to a dead end. They ask you to register by giving them your email address, but that's it. No way to communicate with them. ALL THAT BEING SAID...I LOVE THE APP, IT'S CLEAN AND EASY TO USE, WORKS VERY WELL, DOES EVERYTHING IT'S SUPPOSE TO DO. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT CRASHING OR ANYTHING ELSE. I do wish it had a badge on the icon to show the number items to do, (I know that's tricky because of the way some might set up their list). I would also like to see over due items in red so it stands out more. The font for due date under an item is small, I'm old, I need color. The way the app is now it's really **** (4STARS). IF and when they fix their web site I'll give them a new rating, and if they give me color and a badge they get 5 STARS. This really is the best "TO DO" app I've found. I do have one other complaint. In the personal list that come with the app it shows an item to do (register with them, and it says if you register by September 1st you get free updates for life!) Well today is November 8th, maybe you should update that message. It's irritating to know you missed a deadline you didn't even know about. Sorry for being so picky, I do love the app.
Wonderfully Simple, Simply Wonderful!
I am a List Queen. I make lists for everything. I love the simplicity of this app: it allows me to use it for more than just "true tasks". I can create my own task groupings and choose to set due dates and priorities, but they're not required to create a new task. I use this app to track wish lists of songs and other items that I don't need to set completion dates for as well as Personal day-to-day tasks that I set dates and priorities for. I would love a feature to DELETE ALL COMPLETED tasks instead of just hiding them, and an option for removing a Due Date from a task, if set accidently. I also echo a previous reviewers statements that there is a bit of a lag post-tap (I thought it was just me...) But overall, great app! (and thanks for making it FREE!)
Sweet and Simple
I really love this app. I'm a homemaker and I find I can use this app for a zillion things around the house and for shopping. The only thing keeping me from giving this 5 stars is that I can't rearrange the items on a list. For example, if I need to get the kids to school, then run to the store and then the post office, but then I notice I need to return a book to the library which would be on the way to the post office after the store. I can't seem to find a way to insert it in that slot on my list. So it would be nice to place tasks in an order when there's more items than the 4 priority levels available.
