The game is pretty good. However, it took me a few minutes to get used to. Beautiful variety of puzzles! Well designed gameplay. It's fairly casual but at times is challenging. The plot is pretty basic but gets the job done. Controls are okay and are in need of fine tuning. Some parts of the game are frustrating due to the controls but they can be completed with much patience. :P There is little dialogue (with no voice acting) however it stays true to the series and is quirky and clever. There are little glitches here and there and some of the environments can be repetitious after a while. The graphics aren't 100% striking but are clean and flow very well. For a simple puzzle game I found them pleasant to view. There was no freezing or hiccups with the graphics either. Despite all the improvements that can be made I found the game quite enjoyable to play through. I would definitely recommend this game to a friend! Whether you are a Doctor Who fan or you're just looking for an entertaining puzzle game to occupy your time the game is definitely worth it! If you're unsure just download the lite version of the app like I did :P

The Doctor is in the house...

Well, it's about time! Don't you think? :)

Finally, some developers have rounded together to make a Doctor Who game which above all, is a lot of fun.

The game is based on the current Doctor & his faithful companion, Amy Pond, who are ramaging through time to save the Jones'. No relation to Indy.

The game involves you using both characters to get yourself out of tricky puzzles, by using the abilities each character has.

For those of you who remember the Thunderbirds game that came out for the ZX Spectrum back in the 1980's, this game is very similar in that regard.

I guess i could have given the game 5 stars but there was room for loads of improvement. For starters, there could have been use of dialogue instead of the captions at the bottom.

The graphics of the game are nice but being able to manouvre a full 3d directional movement making everything turn isometric would have been a clever addition.

All in all, this is not the best game on earth, let's be honest here. But if you like puzzlers, its cute. If you are a fan of the Doctor Who series, there will be a thought of wonder as to how better this project might have been but if you wish to have some mindless puzzing fun, that it certainly is.

Now, off to the Tardis!

Controls are not precise enough for some levels

Although it's a fun idea, the controls are not quite precise enough to get the doctor and Amy in the right place. You spend more time trying to get the joystick to move them to the right spot than you do solving the puzzle. I had to abandon the game at a Silurian level where Amy and the doctor need to move to opposite sides of the screen through moving pipes, lava and fire coming up through the floor, but I could never get their characters in just the right spot, even if they looked like they were in the right place. The controls seem to put them just a hair off. I also had trouble getting the doctor to push the ice blocks--sometimes the controls would respond, sometimes they wouldn't.
