Incredible app!

With the world of cloud storage options being so large and growing every day, Dropbox is the standard by which to measure other apps, and I say just apps because it is a standout not only in cloud storage but as an app in general. That being said, my one negative thing to say is that I think the price for a solo user is too high. When I can get 50 GB of iCloud storage for 99 cents a month, and my Adobe Creative Cloud just flat out over triples my cloud storage for free when I called to see about paying for more storage all because I'm a good customer on a regular payment plan. It leaves me in the unfortunate world of a free account Dropbox customer, and I find that depressing because it limits my use of Dropbox and means I'm not financially contributing to what I consider one of the best and most useful apps on the market. If I could offer a suggestion, I feel stupid for assuming I could actually have advice to offer such a forward thinking brand, I would suggest Dropbox look into lower priced plans. Maybe these plans offer limited capabilities or space (For my use a 50GB storage option would be ideal) but another $10 a month auto payment is just too much. Maybe we could pick and choose which features or capabilities we want our Dropbox to have and pay accordingly. Just food for thought for a thoughtful company from a non paying user who wants to be a paying user.

Terrible experience and awful customer service

What an absolutely terrible program an app! I purchase dropbox pro two months ago to upload my iPhone photos onto dropbox so that I could then transfer them to my computer. I have had only problems from the beginning. My photos would upload extremely slow and get stuck in stop uploading at all. I contacted customer service after a month and it has since been six weeks of back-and-forth emails with them and nothing is working still. They don't have phone customer service and will only email with you and the email every few days so it is an extremely drawn out frustrating process. None of their tips have helped and so I finally asked for a refund which they have refused. They actually refused a refund for a nonworking service where none of their tips are helping it to work properly. I asked repeatedly to speak with a manager and they said I couldn't do that. What business model runs this way?? A very unprofessional one!What an atrocity! I've never heard of anything like that before. I would never ever recommend anyone purchased dropbox pro or use the app. Terrible experience.

Release notes...

Ok so it appears that the bulk of the one star reviews are for the lack of notes on the update and not with the actual app itself. I'll give it a five star to help even things out. People who are complaining that it was lazy of Dropbox to post a link to the notes instead of actually posting them on here are just as lazy for not going to the site to read the notes. The hypocrisy is unreal.
