Easily and quickly send files and folders to multiple destinations across your network by simply dragging files onto recipients in a popup window.
DropCopy is simply easiest way to get things from one place to another quickly without dialogs, passwords or confirmations.
Bonus: you may pass the contents of your clipboard between machines in a similarly simple fashion. "Copy on one machine; Paste on another."

So much better than AirDrop or DropBox
So much better than AirDrop or DropBox, if all you want to do is quickly transfer a file from one machine to another. I was digging for ever on the interwebs trying to find a way to make AirDrop auto accept files from a trusted machine with no luck, then I used DropBox for about a week or two, but you have to wait for the file to copy over, which can take a long time for large files at which point you might as well pull out a thumb drive or move the file to an external drive.
Got fed up with all these other antiquated methods of file transferring again today and ran across someone talking about this little gem of an app on a forum and decided to give it a try, and it works beautifully.
I am on a complicated network at the office, so I ended up having to put both machines on our guest network for them to see each other, but once I did that it’s been smooth sailing.
I will be purchasing the pro version because I believe this developer deserves to get paid for this simple elegant solution.
I've been using Drop Copy for years. It is the easiest way I have found to share files between my MBP, iPhone and iPad. Quick, reliable and supports all the file formats that I need!
