Terrible app and terrible customer support

This is the first time I have ever wrote a bad review. I would rate Expedia -5 if I could. I booked a cruise thru my account which I had set up years ago and used the Expedia app. It was frustrating not to be able pull up the cruise itinerary before or during my trip. My confirmation read that points for cruises take up to 4-6 weeks. It's been 3 1/2 months and zero points have been applied. I was actually expecting double points for using the app "as advertised"at the time of booking. Unfortunately it wasn't until now that I remembered I had a bad experience the last time I used Expedia years ago. Since the cruise was expensive I decided I'd address the issue this time. I've called twice because the CS agent inadvertently transferred me back into the cue instead of her supervisor. I'm currently on hold AGAIN (it's been 37 mins) waiting for a supervisor or someone who hopefully speaks better English and can actually assist. Both times the customer service agent told me it was because I didn't sign up as a member before my trip (apparently thats their scripted response). I explained once again I had logged in and booked my trip via the App and my trip is also listed under "history" on my account but zero points were applied. Anyway, I will never use Expedia again.

Terible experience with Expedia

I have been using Expedia iPad app rarely, mainly to plan our family vacations. However, the past four days I have been trying to change an upcoming reservation with no success. Once I go through selecting new dates, flights and click next I am sent to a white screen with only one button "DONE" shown at the top-right corner of the screen which make the competition of the order imposable. Once I click "DONE" I am being sent to the home page and the reservation was not changed. After repeating this 10ish times I contacted customer support, left a feedback saying there is a technical problem, call again customer service etc. meanwhile the cost of changing the reservation went up by $93. At the same time I tried using Expedia website from my browser. The problem there was different, it would not accept my credit card. My credit card company confirmed they are not blocking the transaction and the problem should be with Expedia's website. I tried a different credit card just to be sure - same problem again. As of now, 48h before my original flight departure I can not change my ticket. Let's see where I am going to end up with this.
