= Make glamorous photos with smoother skin
= Dreamy & heavenly softener/toon effects
If you've ever wondered why the models in magazines always have such perfect skin, here's your answer: Face Makeover is remarkably effective at transforming your photos into something that could quite easily go into a copy of Vogue. Now you can do it easily on your iPhone!
Face Makeover includes softener effects that glamor photographers use to smooth skin imperfections. Adding softener effects to a photo gives it a soft, dreamy haze that leaves skin looking as good as a magazine cover model. It's perfect for close-up photos and portraits - any photo where you want to see the face, but not the blemishes.
Also included is a special toon filter that renders your pictures cartoonish/poster-like. The effect is also softened to make pictures artistically dreamy and heavenly. The user interface is very easy and intuitive. Hassle free – just push one button, and Face Makeover will do all the hard work for you! It’s that simple!
Select from your photo albums or simply use the iPhone camera to take a picture of your friends, family, pets, or landscape. Don’t have a picture just yet? Don’t worry. Use the demo pictures provided. Get started immediately!
There are three color modes to choose from: Color, sepia, and black-and-white. You can even control how much detail (line features) you want for your subject with the push of a button.
** Note: This is the Lite Version of Face Makeover. In the Full Version (ADS/WATERMARK FREE), you can SAVE/EMAIL the result.
* Bug fix: Picture loading and autorotation now works properly
* Increased output resolution
* Easy access to homepage
* Minor tweaking of user interface
Ratings and Reviews
I honestly think you should make this app compatible with iPod Touch. There are lots of people who have iTouches, and I'm sure you'd get more positive reviews. I have about 10,000 photos (seriously) in my photo library, and it's a shame I can't use any of them with this app because it's only compatible with the iPhone. And if you can't, at least don't put in the requirements that it's compatible with iPod Touch. Just my opinion.
No undo means continual redo
1. Quit complaining you can't save -- this is a trial or "light" version for you to TRY OUT.
2. It is not a game (to play).
3. I got this to try the feature they tout the most in their description - the complexion smoothing feature. Too bad it is not available in this version (unless they intend this to be the "color" option which is really a blurry option).
4. Otherwise you can try the features of: a cartoon effect, sepia, b&w which are 1 button unadjustable options.
You can also use light which makes it overly bright; bright which makes it overly bright; detailed which adds too much contrast. After each change you can't undo or go back to the original. So you wind up with one undesirable feature on top of another or you can quit and reload.
This is why devs make a "light" or trial version, so you can see if you like the features before investing in the full version. Thank you for the light version, but no thanks.
Almost all of these reviews are complaining because you cant save the pic. But you can. All you have to do is press the power button on your ipod or iphone and the menu button at the same time. Now if you did it right your screen should flash white. And the oicture is saved. And this works in any other page ur on. Welcs.
