FedEx® Mobile provides a quick and easy way to manage your shipments. Track the status of your packages, find FedEx locations and customize your shipments and deliveries*.
You can sign-up for FedEx Delivery Manager and customize deliveries coming to your home. With FedEx Delivery Manager, you’ll get packages in your hand, on your schedule. You can:
-Schedule the delivery
-Deliver to another address
-Provide delivery instructions
-Sign for a package
-Schedule a vacation hold
-Hold your package at a FedEx location
You can also:
-Find a FedEx location near you using GPS
-View the status of your FedEx® shipments
-View the ship date and expected arrival date
-Receive shipment history, including signature details
-Forward tracking results
-Create custom watch lists for monitoring important shipments
-Add notes to shipments
-Nickname your shipments
Additional functionality is available on the mobile website by tapping Get Rates, Schedule a Pickup and Create a Shipment from the mobile app menu. Shipments created on fedex.com will automatically be added to your app shipment list.

Idk what happened!?
I dont remember if I updated and that's when the app started crashing or not....I'll assume I did update as that's what the rest are saying, and I usually just hit" update all " when I get notification of available updates. At any rate anytime I open the app it either freezes and or as soon as I hit enter(after putting tracking number in) it crashes. Then usually when I reopen my info is entered and after a short freeze I can see tracking. I'm hoping you guys see these and implement a bug fix update soon. I do a fair amount of tracking and this is annoying. Bad enough fedex says it's coming today then they never show up ...after I waited all day, and they say I wasn't available to receive package...now I can't even trust the tracking....
As others have said, the recent update forgot all login information, and doesn't seem to allow you to log in. But it actually will let you log in if you launch the app in portrait mode on the iPad. Launching in landscape and then rotating won't work, you actually have to shut it down and launch in portrait. But I shouldn't need work arounds to do something as basic as logging in.
You've got to be kidding me . . .
Thanks to Chuckles for the insight into how to trick this completely substandard app into allowing me to actually log in. Who'd have thought, having access to my account might be just a little bit CRITICAL to the functionality of the app? Way to go FedEx. Hope your shipping service is better than the QC team on this! Go take a look at UPS's mobile app and then go back to your software developers and get your money back. Lame.
