If you manage important calendars using Google Calendars, GCalToolkit is the perfect tool to help you keep everything neat and tidy - and it comes with unlimited personal support for all your calendar problems.

The most common uses include removing duplicate events caused by calendar sync problems, deleting events in bulk, or moving events between calendars to keep the size of your synced calendars to a minimum.

You can customise the column view and export spreadsheets, print filtered and sorted event lists, add prefixes/suffixes to event titles, replace text throughout multiple calendars, apply case sensitive filtering, make mass edits to the busy/free status of groups of events, make mass edits to reminders or privacy, delete Guests and much more.

The software is easy to use - log in to Google when prompted, download one or several calendars, choose which events to delete or edit, and when you are ready click" Sync to Google" to copy all the changes you have made into Google Calendar.

Main features:

"Save To Spreadsheet", they say...

I shelled out the money for this for the sole function of being able to save my calendar to a spreadsheet file as I have done in the past with the free version. I bought it through the Apple App Store so as not to potentially harm my computer by downloading from a third party (as are available readily for this product through a quick google search.) So far this is a COMPLETE waste of money. I have spent well over an hour trying to get it to show basic functionality to no avail. Garbage. Utterly useless.

Developer Response ,

I'm sorry to hear you had problems and that I didn't see this sooner. GCalToolkit is only available on my own website and the Appstore, there are no other "third-party sellers", and when people report bugs I fix them - but I can only do so if people get in touch.

Great Tool!

For someone that really needs to massage some calendar data frequently this is the only tool around and it works! Just as it says, you better backup your calendar because this software will do exactly what you tell it to. Kudos to the devs!
