Idea good but going in wrong direction
While the concept is a good, I wish it had a customize feature. My concept of good is up and what is bad is down. Where you should throw the trash (down) is a big "habit" to overcome. Wish the app came with a choice of how a person perceives good vs bad. It's a physical action to reinforce thought process. Don't make use relearn everything. Will stop using because of it.
I have used many apps to help me, this one surpasses them all! I look forward to playing and am so excited that it works. I am starting to actually reject some of these self-deprecating, intrusive thoughts. Really, really happy about this app!
Another improvement !
The new instructions gave me a better understanding of the training game. I also really enjoy the new fonts.
