An EMF Scanner is a vital component in exploring paranormal phenomena.
An electromagnetic field (or EMF) is a physical field produced by objects that are electrically charged. In Ghost hunting, an EMF meter is used to detect possibly unexplained fluctuations in electromagnetic fields which may reveal the presence of a paranormal entity.
The EMF Scanner shows you, numerically, both the current and average (rolling, long or short period) EMF strength in the vicinity of the device.
In addition to this, the field strength is shown on an easy to read digital bar (or 'fairy light') display for ease of use in low light situations.
An optional mode allows an audio feedback mode via a series of clicks, so that you can scan the local area or leave the device in a remote position and monitor EMF strength without looking at the display. Useful again in low light situations or for monitoring physically distant locations where you don't have line of sight to the device. The faster the clicks, the higher the EMF reading.
The arrangement and colour scheme of the EMF Scanner are designed primarily for use in Ghost Hunting with a specifically selected colour scheme and easy to use, large, intuitive controls.
Full instructions are provided within the application via the INFO button.

Fun and interesting
I can't decide if this is real or fake. I don't know how it can actually take EMF readings considering that your phone isn't equipped to do that. However, maybe it is a nice way of testing if there are any paranormal phenomena around you with whatever tools your phone can use to test it. May not be very reliable but I think there's some truth to it (: if not, it's entertaining.
