Kablam Kabam! Another scam!

I know the bottom dollar has been the most important thing for any company but you guys take it to a new low level. Kascam has made it so the little guy can't fight without spending, and the guy with the deep pockets owns the server. It's impossible to farm mines to get coins when you have alliances that have 75 billion might average per player to fight over the mine. They own the server and they buy it. There is no good way to get coins for smaug anymore unless you pay for them. Sorry Kascam, I won't do it. In essence, you will lose the bulk of your devoted players. The people that spend money will get bored, and when you decide the game is going to fold all of that money will have been wasted for nothing. People want to feel they can compete or at least have a chance for competition, not be bludgeoned to death every time they make an attempt because they can't afford to play with the deep pockets. Kascam needs to figure out a way to let the people find coins without being gangbanged trying for them. It's very discouraging to try and not be able to make it because of spending. People that spend won't have any competition except with their own alliances. There's no fun in that. At some point they'll realize that buying the wind isn't satisfying at all. What a waste!

The worst customer service you could hope for!!!

I have played for years ignoring the minor issues and just going with the flow because after all it is just a game. The problem is they constantly shift things as you would expect to improve profit margins. One month a chest is great the next everyone you open under the same name is garbage. (Bait and switch basically) No one is truly surprised by these tactics but the customer service for game issues on the other hand is horrific. If you are ok with canned responses and everything being the gamers fault then this is for you!! They will treat you like garbage and smile while you pay them to do it. They will promise reduction and then close your tickets without ever resolving them. I could honestly write a book on poor practices using my experience with Kabam as the sole case. If you are smart and are not already years into the game, STAY AWAY!!!! If your kid want to play keep them away as well! Kabam and it's micro purchases are not the only issue there. Sure it's the Hobbit and you think that's pg at worst but you would be wrong. The game is full of trash talking adults exerting there authority and angst on whatever they can to compensate for real like. The language and conversations are almost always R rated at best.

No more

All of these little apps with in game purchases are gimmicks. In order to make my stance, I quit or I enjoy for free until trying to enjoy it without purchasing becomes too hard. Sell me the game or charge a flat monthly that puts everyone on equal footing, then you will get something out of my wallet. I have played 3 of these types of apps. They are all the same. Sure the games are different but the approach is the same. The only way to change it is not buy into it. They all have issues with crashing. They are running on the bare minimum making money hand over fist. I will stick with my purchased pc games. I have a life outside of being a gamer too. So, if your u happy with this approach..make a stance. If they can't make money, they will eventually change. We are the consumers, we are the ones who, have the power to mold the gaming industry to a reasonable level. I am making that choice. It may not make a difference to anyone, but it makes a difference to me.
