HORN is a 3rd person action adventure game - a completely unique experience where anyone can fully explore and enjoy a beautiful and engaging console-style world, all controllable by touch gestures.
You play as a young blacksmith's apprentice named Horn who wakes up to find your village and lands over run by large fantastic, and sometimes humorous, monsters. It is revealed these creatures are actually the people and animals from your village transformed by a curse, and you alone have the power to free them. On your incredible adventure you carry the loud-mouthed head of one such fantastic creature with you - a somewhat uncooperative and ill-tempered but grudgingly helpful sidekick. Along with this new companion you must use your sword, crossbow, trusty musical horn, and wits to explore the lands, defeat the enemies, and solve puzzles in your quest to undo the curse that engulfs your homeland.
∗ Accessible controls that anyone can use- walking, jumping, crawling, even grapple hook, are all performed with intuitive gestures
∗ Freely navigable console-quality detailed world- go wherever you want; not confined to limited path or rail
∗ A rich and unique fantasy world
∗ Touch-friendly melee combat and crossbow style weapons
∗ 3 unique and beautiful lands to discover
∗ Endlessly escalating challenge modes
∗ Hidden side content to discover
∗ Score written by award winning Austin Wintory and performed with full live orchestral

Honestly this is a great game. It has an amazing story and very likable characters and it doesn't get boring. I can't put it down. That being said, there are some major problems that are kind of ruining it for me. The worst one is lagging. It never used to happen but all of a sudden it's just started lagging so badly and I had to use up like 3 bombs and a potion to beat a super easy pygon which sucked. I couldn't dodge or hit at all because it only registered like 10% of my commands. Also, the pygons get progressively harder to beat and that is totally understandable and actually makes it more fun but not to the point where it eventually takes me like two weeks to get past one and I have to keep restarting quests so I can find cores and buy a ton of potions. It just gets tiring. And I can't upgrade or buy new weapons because I have all this pygite I don't use but barely any cores. Maybe work on that. I think that's it. If these things were fixed I'd happily change this to 5 stars. I really love this game, it is truly one of my favorites and I don't want to stop playing it or delete it so please please please try to fix these things. You've done some great work here!
This game seems to be a combination of all of my favorite parts of all my favorite games. The story of Bastion, narrative of Portal 2, gameplay of Infinity Blade, and a little bit of Legend of Zelda thrown in with a great cartoony environment. The enemies are both adorable and threatening and fun to fight. I'm really loving playing on and on.
I only have a few problems with it. One is rather minor: it would be nice to have a joystick movement option, as the point-and-click gameplay is often annoying. There's also the problem that other have mentioned that most of the time, Horn doesn't dodge right as you tell him too, often resulting in serious damage taken. I have also gotten lost in quite a few areas when I miss a well-hidden path and end up wandering up and down the area trying to find where to go next for a while.
Other than that, amazing game I would recommend to anyone!
Final chapter the guy!
My wife and as a team final got the end were we are fighting the big gorilla that he was carrying the whole way through whole game and he has to fight him at the end. Warning build your weapon up as much as you can and the bombs you can with all the life you can because we barely made it this far and I have no life but what life is with me know. I just thought I just had him and used my extra life I had to hopefully finish him no it through another jump in and got me the controllers are very sensitive and often won't respond to you and that is were they have use. My finger is killing me from hitting the paid on my iPad that it is num. I think guys the games over kill for killing your enemies and have more pygons or diamonds than I know what will very do with them. Have more of them than life go figure. If I had the zeros in these I could live happily on them that is how many of them I have. Well you all have better luck than I did fun game but over kill it is to kill you enemies. Really!
