Tracks Package Just Fine For Me

I felt compelled to write a review after reading all the bad reviews. I just downloaded the app to my 6 plus (on 7 Jan 2017). I opened the app, clicked the acceptance clause box and clicked accept button. The next screen presented a very obvious box at top of screen to which I pasted my FEDEX tracking number. Immediately the app showed the progress of my package delivery. In comparison to other reviewers, I was not required to "sign in" nor "open an account" nor "validate my address or mothers maiden name". Perhaps the app has been recently updated so that I didn't experience issues? I don't know-all I do know is the app works for me.


The security protocols on this app which pertain to creating an account include knowing what year your house was built, what the parcel was called at the time of purchase. Geez! Are you serious? I know when the house was built - I was present. Yet, with all that information the FedEx app told me I was wrong and denied me the opportunity to open an account. I tried to open the account to facilitate a delivery of a package which required a signature. The delivery person left notes each day and today he left a note indicating this was his final attempt. As I have a gate across my driveway...and FedEx refuses to keep gate codes on file, I will forever go through this frustrating process each and every time someone sends a package through FedEx. To say the least FEdEx is not on my list of favorite companies. I will NEVER choose to use FedEx for any purpose.

This a joke of an app

This is not only a review of the app but also of the company. I've had my orders delivered to my neighbors house a handful of times this past Christmas. I would get notified that my package was delivered and when I went to retrieve it off of my porch there was no package. There should be a contact option within the app! Why isn't there?? UPS has it in their app! I thank God for my honest neighbors! FedEx has NOTHING on UPS! They have never delivered my packages to the wrong address and they're drivers are very friendly. They even knock on my door to let me know my package has arrived - which if FedEx did that they would have found out very quickly that they were at the wrong address. UPS all day everyday!
