What's New in Version 1.0.1
This update fixes the iPad Mini 1 memory management issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank everyone who's been enjoying Heroki.
If you still have loading issues on the iPad Mini, please delete and re-install the app.
The game now runs on all recommended devices. We've also added some memory optimizations for low end devices and fixed some collision issues in level 2 and level 3 in World 1.
We've also added a Customer Support link for your questions, comments and suggestions. Touch the Star icon in the lower lefthand corner of the Main Menu, and then press the customer support button. This will bring up the mail application where you write your email.

Please note: you can update your game automatically by going to Settings > iTunes & App Store > Automatic Downloads and turning on Updates.

Good intentions and talent but generic
I recognize the talent it takes to put this together but from a design standpoint, this is a very simple platformer that is held back by bland design, a narrow field of vision and wonky controls. The latter, it would seem, actually is the cause for the camera being focused too close to the action which limits your view of the space needed to navigate and explore. Rightly or wrongly, I presume this is the result of the platform and the decision to go with this type of cavern design.
Looking forward to see what comes next from the devs. Unfortunately, I got my fix in for this a third way through and do not have the desire to continue.
Beautiful
What a beautiful game! This screams quality. It looks like something Nintendo would make. Not to discredit the developers. They should take that as a huge compliment. The only issue I have is the controls. Sometimes it's a bit buggy even with the 3 diff types to choose from, it just gets bothersome at times but doesn't ruin the game. Other than that, it's great and well worth the money.
Um, PERFECT!
Well, nothing is perfect, but Heroki comes close enough. You know, some games are polished and beautiful and fun. Then you have titles like Heroki, which is all of those superlatives and many others. Really, this is probably one of the best original games that's ever been released on the App Store. It's what Sonic was to the Sega Genesis. Its Klonoa on crack. Buy it!
