Amazing!!!!
I am not a big review writer, but I have to leave a review for them. I downloaded Carla to Rent-A-Car for Boston. They found me the best deal including tax and insurance. Yes including insurance!! It was so easy! I also want to mention I had a couple of questions and concerns and wrote them through the apps contact us. They immediately responded back within minutes. I recommend this app to Everybody!!!
Amazing deals and excellent customer support
There are amazing rental deals here - I just rented a great deal at Tampa!! I love how the interface is so easy to use! Their support is terrific - they will respond to your email in minutes. I had to change my drop-off date and called Alamo first and they said they can't help. These guys helped me instantly. This is definitely the app I will use for car rentals!
NOT that amazing!!
They show you pay now, and pay in the counter.. if you say pay 0 in the counter you have to keep it like that or just be clear and write: something may occur that doubles your prices... your terms are not clear and you just keep them hidden so not everyone will notice and fully understand them... you guys made 100 dollars from me from cancellations... cause your system just can't figure when is debit or credit, and which rentals take debit or not... you have no idea about customer service...
