Frustrating beyond belief
I tried renting a car through Virtuo, after a long and complicated sign up process only to be let down in the end. I supplied my license and they said I was a young driver. I’ve had my license for 11 years now. They asked for supporting documentation showing I have had my license for more than three years and I submitted it to only be disconnected via chat and ignored by customer service. So glad I’m presidents circle status with Avis and will get a nicer car for a better price. It is a novel idea, if only it worked!
Great customer service. Great user experience. As someone who works in consumer-facing apps, I know exactly how hard it is to pull off such a great app. Virtuo does it. Color me impressed.
Underwhelming experience ,bumpy set up
No sure why my first review isn’t showing...Had trouble finding then returning car...phone ran out of batteries so had to go in to a shop and charge before could use again...car was a bit dirty as well although nice enough car but think I’ll stick to normal car rental companies in the future!
