Customer Reviews
Pretty good but frustrating
It picked up reservations from email and recommended some good sites, but frustrating especially for day trip feature. Anytime you edit a trip it saves it as a new trip rather than editing the existing one. It also doesn't place them in order - Day 1, 2 and 3 or take into consideration the places you favorited. The magic wand will save a location even if you already added it for another day and you can't just type in the location you want - you have to search for it on the map. It would be great if it also recommended restaurant near by attractions you selected or automatically lumped your favorites together based on location or length of stay to help actually plan the trip.
Needs more features
*I want to add destinations that are not touristy- my cousin's wedding ceremony and reception locations. Can't.
*It doesn't even add the hotel to the map, even after it pulled the reservation from my email. If I need to use GMaps to have all my locations, it defeats the purpose of this app. They need to take the technology of Google My Maps (multiple pins in multiple layers - each layer for each day of the trip) to add to this.
*Needs to integrate a GKeep-style checklist for packing.
Still have to use paper map
Wow - so excited when my reservation emails were placed in their own category! But after TWO HOURS of trying to create my very own walking tour of downtown LA, I have completely given up. It's so complicated to create your own itinerary- don't Google App writers ever leave their campus? Try to create your own tour of Mountain View and you'll be back to creating something better in no time. The one star was only because it was better than using my Apple calendar for my SWA flights.
