How far can you bounce your bird? Avoid the floor and hitting spikes. Tap to dive downwards.
Bouncy Bird is a fun, simple, and challenging game where your bouncy bird flies by bouncing on wooden boxes, and you must tap to have him dive downwards to avoid spikes and bounce off boxes. Being a bouncing bird is really fun to be honest, best game to pass time and challenge friends in.
[HOW TO PLAY]
Your bird will only bounce of wooden boxes. Touching the floor or spikes will end the game!
Tap on the screen to make your bird dive faster, and safely bounce off the wooden box. If you tap too early or too late, your bird will not hit the box!
You can choose from the pink bird, blue bird, grey bird, angry bird, or green dragon. The pink bird is the default bird, but you can unlock the rest by collecting coins in the game.
Click on scores after the game ends to see where you rank in comparison to your friends and in comparison to the world! Be the best at bouncy bird!
What's New in Version 1.2
- Smaller birds in the character selection menu (so it fits on the screen)
- New surprise character added!
- Fixed "rate" button to link to app
They see me flappin’ they hatin’
At first I was skeptical about this game since it appears to be just another Flappy Bird clone. But boy I was really wrong with my prejudice. Even though the game is clearly inspired by it, it doesn't copy it.
The gameplay, however, is alike in one way: it's easy to learn but hard to master.
I like how the author reimagined the original recipe. The gameplay is a little bit more forgiving and allows bigger margin for error, at least when you start your endless journey from East to West. Still, it gets hard pretty quickly, just as expected.
The execution is solid, controls are responsive, the graphics are okay.
Feel free to check this game out if you have some free time.
The game is clearly to be compared with Flappy Bird, and I have to say, it is surprisingly different. It is much more frustrating (which is the point, right?) and fun to play. It may seem overly hard at first, but if you play for a few minutes and gain some skill, you will be surprised at how fun and addictive the gameplay is.
Fun but frustrating game
The visuals are very pretty and the aesthetic of the game is very nice! The gameplay is very confusing and frustrating though. I don't feel like I have enough control over how the bird flies (or dives down). When I lose it doesn't feel like it's because I made a mistake but because the game made a mistake. Maybe you could have the dives be in smaller increments so it's more controllable?
