Love this app! I am NOT a morning person, and I have been trying to find an alarm that doesn't make me want to chuck my phone across the room at 5am. This is such a beautiful idea. By asking me to write down a happy memory or someone that made me happy, I take time to reflect at the end of the day, letting go of stress and focusing on the little (or big) things that brought me joy. I can not recommend this enough. Also! Totally a sucker for companies that give back! Spread the happiness! 😃
