Excellent Customer Service!

I had been a member of many other credit unions during the last 20 years and experienced the level of credit union service. I have joined BCU few months back and was overwhelmed by the superior customer service the bank has provided. Notably I would like to thank Eric Anderson for going above and beyond to meet the needs of a new member. The bank has an excellent mobile app and bill pay service. I would have wished if they start offering Zelle payment service soon. Their interest rates are considerably super (high for deposits and low for loans) compared to the other banks. Beautiful part is the reimbursement of ATM transaction fees! Overall the membership is good value for money. I would recommend BCU to anyone that my be looking for superior service with lots of benefits but no cost at all.

App review-Amber

The app is great, I love using it. The only thing I wish was different was on some transactions it only gives a town or something it doesn't list the store it was used so sometimes it's difficult to remember transactions you've made. If the description could be better it would be easier to remember the locations you used your card that way you could know if someone stole your card number or something if someone had used it because you could see a charge for a certain store in a certain town or something. It would be protection for people so they could know faster if they were hacked by identity thieves or something if the descriptions were more detailed. Also it’d be great to have deposits show as pending so you know what will be going into your account before it goes in.

Issues

I was able to successfully log into the app the first time. It has a lot of useful resources. There is an issue that there is no back option if you tap into the travel screen. My main issue is that the second time I logged in I’m prompted with the contact info screen immediately with a continue button. Upon selecting continue it refreshes with a red alert that estatement disclosure acceptance is required, however there is no option for this. So I’m stuck unable to use the app at all. If I delete it and reinstall I can use the app normally for the first login but on the next session I am hit with the same issue. I attempted to use the email help in the app but that responded with an email that it’s no longer used to help members. Until I can use the app it’s a 1 Star for me.
