Pretty annoying sometimes
The UI and security of this app are honestly great. On the surface it seems like most of what you would want with a crypto wallet on your phone. My biggest issue is that transactions either take a super crazy long time or just don’t work. I had one that went through after a few days but every other one I’ve sent since will just sit there for over a week and I have to cancel and redo it (this last one 12 days). Not the end of the world cause this app is good for long term hodling. But it’s still very annoying and jank.

They will steal your funds.
Multiple times I’ve had funds go missing, responding to emails? The 3 guys that run this take over a month to reply to emails for help. I’ve had missing btc since February and it’s August now. Looked up the 3 people on linked in and ya They all have links to the shady company’s. Do not hold anything in your wallet with this company your funds will disappear and they act like it’s your fault when you won’t even have a transaction out history. Again absolutely do not use this app you will lose your money first 100 poof gone sent $10 more poof never even arrived nor refunded to my coinbase. In the end I’m out $110 not much but was enough to see this app is not to be trusted with any funds. (Side note they will get your sell request and sit on it till a crash and then send you the lowest amount they could of that day. But it doesn’t even matter because when u try to send the funds away they won’t ever make it to the destination wallet.

Sad
It’s Quite sad that I can’t log in to my account despite inserting correct details and even email. The developer of the site really needs to look into the problems associated with logging in. I’m still sad cause I am yet to log in to my account.
Actually some days back I said something bad about the app esp towards login in and all. I later took my time to read and experiment and learnt more about the app. The app is very efficient and nice . I’m sorry for giving a wrong remark. D only problem with using the free wallet app is sending to other wallets . When you send to wallets other than free wallet, the free wallet takes half of what you send. It’s too much . The app should work on reducing the transactions fee. Is way too much and discouraging.
