This app will give you real-time current weather and short-term forecast. The app will provide you with bill projections based on current forecasts and your historical usage trends. It is designed to help users become more energy efficient so they can take control of their consumption and reduce their energy bills.

- Make it easy to see how much energy your home is using.
- Predict your monthly bill based how much energy you use.
- Remind you when you need to service your appliances or change your filters so you can use less energy.
- Display power outages in your area so you know when your home may be impacted.

I’ve contacted customer support a few times about this issue. I’ve been a customer for a few months, and cannot use this app. I login using the credentials from my Just Energy Account directly, and it still says user not found. This review honestly is more for the customer service, as I cannot utilize the app despite being a customer.
Users without natural gas
This seems to be broken for users without natural gas in their homes. I can’t complete my profile without answering the natural gas questions. I tried putting zeros, but it doesn’t seem to accept them. Continuing through the profile completion process ends up looping back and asking the gas questions again as if they weren’t answered.

Uninstalled due to not working
This was working fine for about the first 2 months and then all of a sudden just quit working with an error message of no internet connection detected. I was using my WiFi and data, but unfortunately it still wasn’t working. For this reason I uninstalled and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
