Cannot Login & Zero Help from Admin
Wow. I would love to like this app and service, but my experience was negative. I could not log into the iPhone app nor the iPad app with my account. I went to the forums for help. The stellar response from an admin was, "Looks like the problem is on your side because nobody else reported this problem." That was it, exact quote. No further acknowledgement, no willingness to even lock into it, not even a sympathetic, "I'm sorry you're experiencing this." From an admin. So, awesome concept, apparently being run by not-awesome people.
