Customer Reviews

Nice, fun, colorful.....but. As others said.....

This is a nice sequel to gardenscapes. I'm on level 1600+ wherever they just loaded to( maybe new levels will come quicker now that this is launched)
I spend some money on the games I like to let the developers know it's good but the ratio of winnings to cost of these two games is outstandingly out of balance. I think if the wins were X's 100 (re:100 coins for every one coin we get now) it would still make playrix money as we would feel somewhat rewarded and they would lose less potential long term customers. Now the rewards are just an insult. I have spent more money on gardenscapes than any other game in my life-even when you had to pay big bucks to Babbages and game stop fir computer games years ago. I will finish the rebuild levels in gardenscapes but not get so involved ever again.
I would forever play this game if it were a little more evenly balanced with rewards
It's so amazing what people will say about playing these games when no one can actually see what they do. Like I win fast and never spend money etc. these levels are made so you MUST spend to advance. Do they think the developers will like them better or something fir their falsehoods. It's truly funny. I play a lot and I play well but I have to use bonuses in many levels.
Listen to us playrix....would you like to accumulate a long time fortune or be a quick flash of cash and done?

A Nice Sequel to Gardenscapes

I haven't quite finished Gardenscapes yet (level 1282), currently at the cascade area. I would recommend playing at least halfway through the original Scapes app before proceeding onto this one just so you get an understanding of some of the aspects in the storyline. This one implements some of the old features from Gardenscape. The only thing I've noticed is Austin doesn't react as much compared to the original. However, there's new sounds, strategies, and even play styles that differ and make it exciting in its own way. You're probably wondering, "Ok so get to the point about the levels. Is it crazy hard or not?" Well, if you've played the original, the levels so far seem considerably easier since there's many ways to make power-ups now. Currently at level 28. I'll keep you guys on the loop next month! I also have a guide/review on the Gardenscapes Review section as well that I update roughly every month.

Great game- Fun Idea

I really enjoy this new game. It is a great idea and fun to decorate the inside of the house. A nice cute story line as well. However I miss some of the sensory gratification that Gardenscapes provided with the explosions and crashes within the match three game. Also, what I miss the most, and can't believe it's not part of this game is Austin saying "wow" at the end of each level. It's the best part of the game! Please add it in this game. Also, a big bummer that the lives don't automatically refill after you start a new day as they did in Gardenscapes. That was a great way for players to take advantage of the game and collect bonus stars. Another disappointment is that there is no more daily bonus spin. That was also a great help to players in the Gardenscapes game. Overall, I really like the game. It's a nice sequel , but not as great as the original.
