Ratings and Reviews
Just another app that doesn’t “quite” work...
I downloaded Chappy and used Facebook to login. That’s not the problem. First, in almost a month of using the app I had several “notifications” of matches but only one showed up. In the “matches” no match actually showed up. When I clicked the notification it would take me to the “match” page but nothing else showed. No where in the app can you actually look at the matches you attempted.
Last...WHY can’t these developers actually create a “Help” file that actually explains HOW these apps work?? I’m not illiterate or have difficulty using apps but if something doesn’t show up that keeps being referenced there is no way to understand how to find it unless you contact “support”.

Hey there! We're sorry for any confusion caused by the notifications you received. This means that someone has recently liked you and swiped on your page. Simply open up Chappy and start swiping to find their profile. Also, if you need help on how it all works check out our help page: chappyapp.com/faq!
Moderator Just Out to Annoy Users
I’m trying to add a photo and there seems to be someone moderating that’s merely out to irritate users. I’ve attached a photo that I’ve tried to add multiple times in a row. I don’t know who is declining to allow it, but it’s frankly very rude of them and annoying. It’s me on a very important day in my life with my best colleague after winning an Emmy award. We’re obviously fully dressed! It’s a black tie event! There’s obviously nothing wrong with it, and it’s very frustrating that someone else can arbitrarily decide not to permit a perfectly appropriate photo that is obviously well within the rules.
It seems a lot of users are having this problem, so it seems the app creators may be using random people as moderators who are essentially just like spammers.

Hello, can you write to us on email@example.com? We'd more than happy to help you resolve this on Chappy!
Are you kidding me?!
I recently created a profile and it seems that most of my pictures are being flagged! What the heck is going on? I upload a real bad picture of myself and that goes through but if I post anything descent, where I think I look good, the picture is moderated? It seems like some of those moderators are having too much fun at my expense! C'mon, just let me upload the pictures I want to upload and not the ones YOU want me to upload. I do NOT see how any of my pictures are violating the so called picture rules. If anything, there are other users who have "violated" this rule but nothing is being done. Fix this please!
Edit: seems like I'm not the first to have this issue by reading through the reviews.
