  "The Natasha": Starting with this update, I'll be naming significant Intro updates after people who have inspired new features, reported bugs, or generally been a good muse. On that basis, Intro 1.3 is "The Natasha". Names may occasionally be changed to protect the innocent.
  
  Multi-add: This update particularly improves adding multiple new people that are linked to a group, to a note, or to another person. When the New Person section opens, the focus that new people will be linked to is listed at the top, and you can create multiple people in a row that will all be linked to that context.
  
  This update also contains lots of improvements to contact images:
  • You can now use the camera to take new contact photos, directly within Intro rather than having to go out to the camera app. Finally!
  • Whatever the source of an image—camera or camera roll—you can now crop and scale them directly within Intro, while you're adding them to a person. Finally!
  • Previously, a newly-added image would be displayed zoomed in the first time it was displayed. Now you will always see it exactly how you'd expect.
  
  Accessibility: VoiceOver enabled for the supplemental options in lists of people, notes and groups to enable access to link entities, add new entities, and for people to activate contacts synching, from the bottom of lists such as in the Search view.
  
  Support: Chatting with Intro's developer Duncan is now improved, with push notifications so that you can choose to be notified when you've received a response in the Support tool, even when Intro's not currently running. You'll be prompted whether you'd like to enable notifications the first time you send a message via the Support tool.
  
  Learn tool: Finally, there's a fun little video under the Learn menu that shows how Intro's powerful Errorless Learning tool can help you learn people's names and faces. Until now, that video was muted if you happened to have your phone mute switch on—and you wouldn't hear anything then even if you had your playback volume set to full. Turns out, a lot of us use our mute switches all the time, and for most people, they don't expect video playback to be muted by it. Well, it won't be muted anymore. The video has also been updated to match the latest app interface. So please, check that video out. It might explain a lot!
  
  With this update, Intro Pro moves from a monthly renewal to a choice of a yearly subscription or buying a one year pass. In either case, it's offered at a compelling new price.

  When you view a person's contact details in Intro, you'll now only see labels for phone numbers, email addresses and so on when you've actually set a label. Where one isn't set, the placeholder "Label" will now only be visible while editing.
  
  While editing contacts, you can also now tap on a person's name to enter edit mode, as well as using the Edit link on the toolbar.
  
  This update fixes an issue with incorrect tinting in some circumstances, for some icons in the Learn menu.
  
  Accessibility: This is the first update to Intro after Global Accessibility Awareness Day, where I committed to at least monthly accessibility updates to Intro for the next year, with the ultimate goal of making Intro the most accessible app on the App Store. (You can read more on that at http://intro.app/blog/) This update contains VoiceOver enhancements for Intro's main menu, enabling accessibility access for the Learn button. For all main menu buttons removed unhelpful duplication in VoiceOver of the main button label text (which was already presented in button names), while integrating subheading text to button hints to reduce VoiceOver targets to one per button.

  This update is recommended for all users as it fixes a potential issue with storage and verification of paid month passes. The issue only affected the initial verification of a new paid month pass. It did not affect user data, and free trials and recurring subscriptions were unaffected by the issue.
  
  The Intro 1.2 update introduced a number of new features around search views, but it turned out this also introduced one or two new "features" in search views. If you felt the burn of a bit of keyboard reflux—they keyboard trying to come up when you didn't want it to—well we took an antacid tablet and that'll all be settled down now.
  
  This update also includes a number of other minor bug fixes and performance improvements.

  Previously, users were invited to sync with their iPhone contacts during the initial onboarding process. For new users from this version onwards, the option to sync with contacts is instead offered in the interface, in places where synced contacts would appear (like Search and Bookmarks). It just makes more sense in context. As always, you can also use Intro completely independently, without accessing any iPhone contacts data. It's entirely up to you. If you do sync with Contacts, the synced data is only stored by Intro locally on your phone... it doesn't go anywhere else.
  
  In search, bookmarks and links views you can now create new people, groups or notes, and link existing ones—as relevant for the context— right from that view. If you haven't previously been invited to sync with iPhone contacts, a button there will also provide the opportunity to do that.
  
  If you started on an earlier version of Intro, you will have been invited to sync with iPhone Contacts during the initial onboarding. If you declined to do so then, but would now like to enable sync, you need to do so through Apple's Settings app, under Settings > Intro, then turn on "Allow Intro to access Contacts".
  
  In addition to those changes, this update resolves a situation when editing a note where Intro could become rather dizzy looping around a particular code path... to the point it might even, we admit, fall over. It's steady on its feet now, we promise.
  
  This update also resolves a bug that could lead to a crash when selecting a photo from the phone's camera roll. We only saw this on just one occasion, and now shouldn't see it again.

  When you exit from focus view to the main menu, previously you would at times see one of the focus cards (e.g. an avatar or image) overlaid on the main menu. Through the miraculous process known as 'bug fixes', this no longer happens.
  
  You can now swipe to exit the onboarding process. Of course, if you're an existing user updating from an earlier version of the app, you've probably figured your way out of that Onboarding using the "Done" button. But if not, this will sure unlock a major expansion in app functions for you!
  
  Users in specific scenarios may have found they were unable to send support messages to us through the Support button on the main menu. This should now be resolved, and you will be able to also now successfully re-send any messages you'd previously typed by tapping "Retry" under the message.   My espresso machine was broken for the entire period that Intro 1.1 was being developed, so I think we can agree it is a miracle it is here at all.
  
  This update introduces a new mechanism to provide a completely obligation free one month trial of Intro's Pro features. It's a great way to fully try out the advanced features of Intro before you commit. Beyond the free trial, Intro 1.1 provides the option to purchase a one-off month pass (brand spanking new!) alongside the tried-and-true option of an ongoing subscription. Get at 'em!
  
  This version also provides better visibility of a number of the Pro features, including the Learn tool, advanced linking of people, groups and notes, of avatar creation, and of avatar and image search. I can't wait to see what you do with them.

  Intro lets you tap through related items to view their detail, such as tapping a person, swiping over to view their notes, then tapping on a note to see other people, groups or notes that are linked to that note. (It's great, you should really try it...) This update fixes an issue feature where under certain conditions, when you stepped through the second or third relationship or beyond, some linked items would not be displayed.
  
  The Learn tool requires an initial group of people has been added to the app. When the Learn tool is not yet available, the Go button in the Learn menu no longer opens an empty learn queue. I strongly recommend adding some people and giving this a go, so you can see this key benefit of the app. Among the gems of Intro, the Learn tool is the ruby. Now, admittedly, of course I'd say that because I made it. But trust me. It's good. ;)
  
  This version also includes a layout fix on smaller screen sizes for the text that displays in the new person tool when a user does not have an active subscription. Though why wouldn't you have one? They're great! Try that free trial? Yup.

  Check out the new preview videos on the App Store. You might find some additional features you didn't know about!
  
  This version also removes auto-complete suggestions when adding and editing contact phone numbers, because they are nearly always not useful. At all. Because you're adding a new phone number, not one you already have. So, a bit pointless. No more.
