CoJam is an app for music lovers and headphone users who finally have a solution that gives your headphones super powers. No more taking your headphones off a zillion time every day, and no more being called a zombie for wearing headphones at home or work.
Use CoJam to instantly engage in quick chats with your co-workers, friends or loved ones, or to briefly hear sounds around you.
Put your headphones on, play some good music/podcast and turn the app on once you make it to the office or right before you get in the zone to get things done. Keep the phone on your desk face up and whenever you need to briefly chat or hear something, just click the button. It's this simple! Enjoy.
Use the app to momentarily hear the outside when your headphones are on, or to keep listening to the outside mixed with your music!
YOU CAN USE THE APP HOWEVER YOU WANT! Here are sample use cases:
*CoJam if you're hard of hearing or can't hear conversations clearly.
*CoJam while commuting on the train and want to hear the announcement.
*CoJam while doing some work in Starbucks and want to keep an ear out.
*CoJam on and off at work while you're crunching away on tasks and want to chitchat with your teammate who passed by your desk.
*CoJam while doing house chores and having lots of fun with your roommates but have the urge from some Taylor Swift motivation!
*CoJam on your next study sesh so that you get that you escape your friend's sketchy playlist but still together get that project done on time.
We built CoJam to fuse Audio content to your life seamlessly and that gives you endless possibilities for how you can use it. Enjoy!
Ratings and Reviews
Why the heck do I have to create an account or log in with Facebook? No.
No Wireless Headphones
This app doesn't support wireless headphones, which is unfortunate sinceost everyone I know has wireless these days.
Can't use the app and it's basically eating up space. The developers should update the description to let users know wireless headphones aren't supported at this time.
If they solve for this problem, adding support for them, then I'll give it a go and change my rating accordingly.
As someone who loves listening to music at work and is hard of hearing, I have finally found an app that helps solve the problems of continuously pausing music / taking headphones for people talking to me as well as being able to simply hear better by using this app! CoJam has a lot of potential to continue to grow and disrupt the hearing aid industry as well as raise the cultural norm for wearing headphones.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
