Max Impact is a reliable back-pocket support system for veterans who experience challenges from traumatic brain injuries (TBI). Max is a dependable companion to any veteran or caregiver living with TBI.

US Department of Defense statistics indicate more than 300,000 service members have been diagnosed with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) since 2000. Using this and other trend data, it is estimated that over 13,000 Washington Veterans may have a TBI, many of which are not diagnosed and remain untreated. Washington State Department of Veteran Affairs (WDVA) mission is to reach and assist Veterans, their families and caregivers living with a TBI through the use of Max Impact.
Max Impact was funded through a grant from the Washington State Traumatic Injury Advisory Council and produced by the Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs (WDVA).
