Great, SUPER simple and useful! Watch now too!

Update: contacted support about inconsistent battery levels. But on the MacBook I see today it still works great.

Simple and just works! I have a lot of devices - iPads, MacBooks, iPhone, and Watch (and Pencils - not supported, no issue there). It’s fanastic (!!!) to have the power levels for the devices - and I can see the other devices on the the Watch. No more surprises when using multiple devices or planning to leave. The app has no settings to deal with. All you have to do is log in and name the device. It all connects automatically.

Thank you for an excellent concept and execution!

Thank you so much for leaving a great review and using My Batteries. We recently released an update to the iOS application that sends the Apple Watch's battery life to all devices, and includes watchOS complications and a today widget. More updates on the way!

Needs just a couple of things to be perfect

It does its job. The only things wrong are that you don’t seem to be able to control how often the status is updated and sometimes it is really out of date. Also, and this is what bothers me the most, it operates on the Apple Watch but DOES NOT monitor it. Which is why I got the app.

Developer Response

Hello, devices update their battery information every few minutes as long as they are connected to the Internet. If a device is powered off, in airplane mode, or if a laptop is in sleep, periodic battery updates may be halted. Regarding your second issue, the Apple Watch's operating system does not allow 3rd party applications to access its battery life. This is something that we really wanted to implement but were unable to. Hopefully the battery information of the watch will be accessible in the future. Thank you very much for your feedback. The My Batteries team.

Super helpful!

I love that I can watch the health of all my iDevices (including Apple Watch) and get notified when the battery is running out. If this app can also display battery levels of BT devices connected to each device (such as BT headphones), I will gladly pay for this!
