Excellent

This game is fantastic in almost every way. Characters are fun and memorable. Animation is fantastic and the story leaves you wanting more. All around in have no problems with the game play and story. My beef is with the summoning system.
The only downside is that your heroes are summoned purely by chance. I don’t know if anyone else has encountered this, but I have summoned Alexa (6 times), Jena (5 times), Aither (4 times) , and 3 other characters 3 times each. While this can be a benefit in some ways, I would like to see a trade in system or something to try out other characters of the same rank or make it much higher chance to get a character you have not summoned yet.

Hey Developers, just a note. Moonlight Summons should not include 3 star characters that are not listed in the Moonlight section of the Journal. It is very cheap, to take the time to grind through special quests over and over and do the daily summoning to get the 6 gold transmit stones it takes to purchase 5 galaxy bookmarks, only to get Horado, 3 flipping times. You either need to drop the required number of transmit stones or the number of summons needed to acquire 1. Even better, just make the pool only those characters listed in the moonlight section. Just some advice from a daily player. I love this game and these characters and I want you to succeed.

Great game, but the summoning...

TL;DR - Great game, but don’t spend money like the rest of us. 3 stars are great and can carry you! The summoning is meh right now and they are nice enough to give you the numbers, so that’s a plus. Overall great game and deserves a play through plus you get a nat 5 with the 30 free summons you get. Research what is good and keep it. Read in game reviews on heroes trust me you’ll be happy you did!

Now the long version:

Great game, but overall kind of greedy with money. Whales don’t affect the game much that I’ve seen in Arena and help a lot in the story mode. I’ve played lots of gotcha games and this is so far the best in pulls. The 30 times you get to re-summon is great because you get 30 chances to lock in someone who can carry you. Read. The. Character. Reviews. I can’t stress this enough because some 3 stars are better then 5 stars they are 10/10. Whales hunt waifus like crazy, so don’t feel the need to spend money. I’ve play summoners war for years now and wasted so much money vs alts where I spent no money and surpassed my main. Overall don’t spend money unless you want to and they occasionally have a “120” times summoned and you are guaranteed that hero. The 3 star hero’s are why I gave this game 5 stars and the story is great.

Good game but horrible ring

I never write reviews but I would just like to start by saying that this game honestly is amazing and so much fun to play in your free time. My only issue is how horribly expensive anything is on this game and the lack of rewards you receive. I have played through the whole story on normal difficulty and “world difficulty” to unlock all gems possible to try to summon for the five star hero “Kise” I have spent Atleast 10,000 gems and never received any five star hero even with their “boosted drop rates” I have only received duplicate artifacts which don’t do anything to help me through the game anymore. I am now at the point in the game where the game forces me to spend money to buy gems just to try to pull another hero to allow me to progress further...? I’m so disappointed now after all the grinding I have done for nothing.. my only option now is to wait months and hope I can pull a hero that will actually help me.. but knowing how crappy the RNG and drop rates are in this game it makes me not even want to bother with the game anymore. So basically I have wasted all of my time and money for nothing but common items that any free to play player can get. My word of advice to anyone playing is to not spend a dime on this game until they fix their rates more and add better reward systems for players who are actually grinding their game.
