ScribBall now features multiple themes! You decide how ScribBall looks on your iPhone or iPod.
ScribBall is an arcade/puzzle game with a physics twist. The simple touch controls and realistic physics make for an easy-to-learn and intuitive game. ScribBall makes great use of the tilt feature, so as you tilt from side to side, the balls will tumble and roll just like you’d expect.
* Choose from several themes, including color blind friendly mode!
* New special balls featuring explosions, wildcards, locked balls, and more!
* Realistic physics – balls tumble and roll as they fall
* Easy to pick up addictive gameplay
* Control the fall of the balls by tilting your iPhone
* Fun hand-drawn graphics
When a group of four colored balls touch, they will pop and an avalanche of new balls will tumble in to take their place. Quickly and strategically tap out a few balls to set up the next match even before they settle into place. If your fingers are swift enough, you’ll add to an ever growing combo. This requires a bit of planning as every tap brings you closer to game over.
You’ll have a blast tapping and tilting away playing ScribBall.
What's New in Version 1.3
Choose from one of four different themes! We brought back the classic look of ScribBall, in addition to the pencil look, a brighter theme, and a color blind friendly mode!
Pleasant, fun and addictive... could be GREAT!
ScribBall is a lot of fun. The sounds are pleasant and amusing and the different styles and colors of the balls are nice. It's a perfect diversion riding the subway or standing in line someplace. When I finally got an iPod touch, I was thrilled to see an iPhone/touch platform version, since I've played the Mac version for some time. However, there are few deficiencies. For $2.99, if I had not already owned and loved the Mac version, I might not have bought it. • Add ALL the themes from the Mac version! • In the theme selection screen, just show ONE ball that reflects the style of selected theme (please do the same on the Mac!). As a bonus, make it the selection button with a pop! • Put in the Hurricane and Lightning balls. • Use the iPhone's vibration mode! • The play area seems as though it's chopped off at the top, it's difficult to tell how far behind you are. Maybe if the balls were scaled down slightly to allow us to see more balls? All said, ScribBall is a really good game, perfect for the iPhone/iPod, but it could be a GREAT game... If only they'd make it more like the Mac version!
Crayon theme please!
This is a fun, simple little game. It's a bit "shallow" in gameplay, but it's quick and fun with nicely done graphics and sounds. You can tell thought and care was put into making this one.
The one thing I would request is that we get the crayon theme from CrayonBall. I love that theme, but I'm not buying the same exact game just for a new theme when I bought Scribball at full price. Crayon theme for us please!
Fun but not worth more then 99 cents
This game is well done but it's one note game play and budget production values do not value a price over 99 cents which is what I payed for it. I've noticed that many developers are putting out simple one note games for free or 99 cents and when they rack up a bunch of 5 star reviews they raise the price and the people who stumble on it later are fooled into thinking the game is worth the higher price.
