A Mobile Tetris Attack/Puzzle League!
This is a great rendition of Tetris Attack with all the original modes intact. (Endless, Stage, Vs Com, Puzzle, etc.) One of the best puzzle games ever made imo, and this iPhone version even adds an element of speed to the mix because you are not limited by a d-pad and cursor that can only swap two pieces, in this version you can slide one piece across the entire screen with a single swipe, it is very slick.
If I have but one minor complaint it is that the game lacks a quick save feature. This isn't a problem for Stage or Puzzle but Endless can get pretty lengthy, for obvious reasons.
Very addictive! Extremely addictive!
I have not put since I downloaded it. I was looking for an app like Planet Puzzle League, and that is exactly what it is! Blast some music and get cracking! My favorite mode in this game is Vs. Mode as it really provides an element to this game! Even perfect apps have that 1% that is off and it is the lack of music, but if you have your own then it isn't a problem. It actually is so good, it's not even a problem because I have As Blood Runs Black to do the trick. Haha!
Could use some improvements
First of all I think this is great. I've been looking for something like Pokemon puzzle league for iOS. The multiplayer however could use some improvements . 1) It would be great if you could play without being on the same network. 2) The blocks should rise faster as time progresses so that two evenly matched players aren't playing a game that lasts forever. Another nice thing to have would be some music.
