New version 1.1, featuring:
-Global high scores
-Less impossible gameplay
Buster Boy is based on the arcade classic "Buster Bros." (known as "Pang" in Asia and parts of Europe), a hugely popular game played around the world!
You control Buster Boy, a little kid with a big problem: there are gigantic, bouncing balls all over downtown Tokyo!
Shoot the balls to split them in two, until they are small enough to disappear. The action is fast and furious, and extremely addictive. The game features smooth animation, cool effects, and great music and sound!
This is a challenging, potentially frustrating game; if you want something nice and easy, download a version of tic-tac-toe or checkers!
Restart your iPhone/iPod Touch for best performance!
What's New in Version 1.1
Global high scores, fixed control bugs, control sensitivity options, better gameplay, little fixes.
Addictive but only to a certain type of player
I find that this game is very addictive to me. I spent quite a while playing with it trying to keep my claim in the leader boards but I found that this is just one of those games where it will either hook you or you will be frusturated by it. The game is rather chaotic (in a good way like in flight control) where a lot is going on at once. If you like and can handle multiple things going on at once like that and you like dodge and shoot type games this will probably appeal to you. My advice would be to wait until the lite version comes out so that you know which of those two people you are. I bet most of you will end up getting it once you try it and the develop says the lite version should be out soon :)
dodge and release...dodge and release! the first few levels are a bit therapeutic because the balls are slow and they are easy to beat. however, the latter levels proved to be quite a challenge. i know i can do better and that keeps me coming back for more. :D with a little bit of practice, i know i can break through the leaderboard! i hope you add a help section because, honestly, i've never heard of this game before and i had to search the net first to know what my goal is. :)
Great for the Casual Gamer
This is definitely one of the better pick up and play games I've played in a while, especially from a relatively unknown developer. Very addicting, but takes some time to get the hang of. If you're up for a challenge I'd get this.
