Just got this acct transferred into my name and the man, Antonio from the national solution center was AWESOME!! Took a long time but he was awesome in transferring 5 lines getting me set up on a great plan and helped me set up my AT&T app!! This was very easy but he was so extremely helpful! I know writing this on a review for the app isn't what it's made for but I have no other way of expressing what a great customer service person he was. Anytime anyone has any problems and they need to call the national solution center he was absolutely fabulous.

I want correct my prior statement by say the service has been great for the past twenty four hours. Prior to that twenty four hours I wasn’t getting my Directv information bar on the first page upon using the “myAT&T” also my present bill wasn’t showing at on the same page which is usually located on the top of the page. Thank you for either bring it back or correcting the problem that was bring it absent on the front page of “myAT&T.”

With everything being on the internet and at our finger tips this app has been perfect for me. I absolutely hate calling customer service in fact I hate calling anyone, and with this app I never have too everything is right here where I need and want it.
