Great for Solar

I used this to plan a solar array on my iPad. I used the 3D photo capability to record the sunrise and sunset times for the longest and shortest days. I live in mountainous terrain so it is valuable to do this so I can see how long I will have direct sunlight each day. (I’m using the app in the U.S.) I give 4 stars because I can only get one 3d picture each time I start the app. It always crashes on the second picture (iPad Pro latest iOS). I’m sure the developers will fix it and it hasn’t stopped me from getting the data I needed. I bought many of ozPDA’s other apps based on my experience with this one. I like them.

Truly outstanding

I've been using this app for over a year. It's extremely well done and thought out. Map feature is cool and helpful when visiting new properties or planting. Other data within is very useful too - e.g., sunrise and sunset time, civil and nautical twilight times, even has the golden hour times for photographers. Highly recommend.

Great for cinematographers

We used to do location scouting with a compass to figure very roughly where the sun would be when we shoot. This app takes away the guesswork and gives you exact locations any time of day, any date into the future. It also impresses the client and let's them know they've hired a pro.
