Great Customer Service
App was crashing ever since I did the app update. I called customer service (phone number is on their website) and they sat on the phone with me for 25 minutes until the issue was fixed. Had to restart my phone, delete the app and re-download it. App is working great now. Great customer service!
Awful! They crippled my business in one day
Do NOT use square. We have been loyal customers for 4 years and yesterday they deactivated our account with NO warning- no explanation and no number to call and discuss this matter. As of today I am forced to figure out how to accept payments. Please go online and read the horror stories that this company is doing to clients. It's unbelievable- this company is run by a bunch of man bun millennials who have no clue about customer service. I hope and pray they fall soon.
This app is absolutely horrible. Don't even try downloading it. I swiped three gift cards to put into my bank account. Not only did they "deactivate" my account and ban me from using the app, but one of my cards has yet to receive its refund. When trying to contact customer service, I was advised that I broke a policy but was not told what policy and did not receive any further clarification. I am still waiting to receive my money.
